  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup vanilla soymilk

The "secret" to my smoothies always being thick and creamy is I freeze my bananas or whatever kind of fruit I am using, and do not use ice.  This way, the flavor is intensified and the consistency is not watered down, due to ice.  I do not use any ice.  When bananas start to turn, just put them in the freezer.  When you are ready to use, pop in the microwave for about 30 seconds to remove the peel.  This is so delicious, it tastes like homemade ice cream!  Frozen peaches are delicious; they make your smoothie taste like homemade peach ice cream!  Toss in some blueberries or anything else that you enjoy!  You can use any flavor of yogurt to mix it up!  Enjoy.
