• 1 cup strawberries*
  • 1 cup blueberries*
  • Prosecco 
  • raspberry and blueberry "berry" garnish

*Any fruit may be used.  Play around with a raspberry/blueberry or blackberry and strawberry mixture.  Just make sure you strain the seeds out after you blend the fruit.  

Puree strawberries and blueberries in blender.  Press through a sieve/sifter to remove the seeds and skin. Place fruit mixture in a jar or a bottle to use for bellini. Thread raspberries and blueberries, alternately on toothpicks for a festive garnish. Place a spoonful of the fruit puree into the bottom of a champagne glass. Top with Prosecco and place a berry garnish across the glass and enjoy!
