• 1 pound semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tablespoon (overflowing) orange-flavored liqueur 
  • zest from one orange

In a double boiler - or a glass bowl over a pan with simmering water, melt chocolate.  Add cream, liqueur and orange zest, stirring constantly until all ingredients are incorporated and smooth.  Pour chocolate into a fondue pot and serve with your favorite fruits, cubed pound cake or cubed angel food cake, or pretzels.  

**You can leave out the orange liqueur and orange zest if you would like, and have plain chocolate fondue that will be just as decadent and wonderful!
