• 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Pinnacle Chocolate Whipped Vodka (optional)
  • phyllo cups for tartlets

Place chocolate chips in a heat-proof bowl. Heat heavy whipping cream over medium heat, just until almost simmering. Pour heavy cream over chocolate chips and allow to stand for a minute, then stir, to melt and incorporate the chips. Once melted, add the chocolate vodka and stir well, to combine. Pour or spoon chocolate mixture into tart cups. Refrigerate until the chocolate mixture is set. Top with chocolate flavored whipped cream (recipe below).


Aimee's Chocolate Vodka Whipped Cream

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 Tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Pinnacle Chocolate Whipped Vodka

Beat heavy whipping cream, then slowly add the powdered sugar and vodka; beat until soft peaks form.
