LINDSEY'S DELICIOUS DIP
My precious friend Lindsey gave this recipe to me.
- 3 (8 ounce) bricks of cream cheese
- 2 bags (12 ounce bags) of frozen chopped white onions
- 2 cups of shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup (8 ounce jar) of mayonnaise
(Lindsey says, “Don't go low-fat on anything. It tastes horrible. Go for the gold”.)
Mix all the ingredients together well. Bake for 30 - 45 minutes at 350. Serve with dip style/scoop corn chips
