AIMEE'S FRUIT & OATMEAL BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

  • 1 cup almond milk or soymilk
  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats 
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango or any fruit 
  • 1 teaspoon honey to sweeten
  • 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt (optional)

First, place the oatmeal in your blender and blend until a fine consistency. Next add the frozen fruit, almond milk and honey. To make it thicker and even more filling with extra protein, add 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. You may need to add a bit more almond milk. Delicious, healthy and filling!
