AIMEE'S GINGER CITRUS SODA (OR WATER)

 

  • 1 lemon, sliced thinly
  • 1 orange, sliced thinly (I used a Valencia Orange)
  • 1 grapefruit, sliced thinly
  • 1 inch of ginger, sliced thinly
  • 6 cups of water
  • Club soda (optional)

In a large pitcher, add the fruit and ginger, then top with the water. When ready to pour into your glass, add ice, the citrus-ginger water, then top with a little bit of club soda. This helps quench your thirst, as well as helps you cut out unhealthy sodas in your diet! Replenish the water in your pitcher for two days, then toss the fruit and start over!
