Whip this up for St. Patrick’s Day, and enjoy in your coffee, over ice cream, or straight up! Makes about 2 1/2 cups.


  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso
  • 1 cup heavy cream 
  • 1 cup Jameson's Irish Whiskey
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

In a blender, blend all ingredients together, saving the almond and vanilla extracts for the next "blend." If it seems too thick, add a bit more coffee or heavy cream. Add almond extract and vanilla last, then blend once more. Pour into a mason jar or a bottle with a seal and refrigerate. Shake before serving each time, and enjoy in your coffee or over ice cream, or just straight over ice!
