I remember as a little girl, helping my Mom make this, having as much fun making it as eating it!

  • 3 (12 ounce) packages refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350.  Grease a bundt pan.  Mix white sugar and cinnamon in a large plastic bag.  Cut biscuits into quarters.  Shake 6 to 8 pieces in the sugar and cinnamon mix, until all have been coated.  (If more sugar/cinnamon is needed, just add to the bag as you go along).  Arrange pieces in the bottom of a preheated pan.  Continue until all biscuits are coated and place in pan.  In a small saucepan, melt the butter with the brown sugar over medium heat.  Boil for 1 minute.  Pour over biscuits.  Bake for 35 minutes.  Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a plate.  Do not cut, as this bread pulls apart.
