This peach sangria is so delicious and refreshing; perfect for this 100+ degree heat we're battling!  As for the peach snack, adding cilantro to the peaches might sound odd, but it is a beautiful flavor combination:


This peach sangria could not be easier to make!  You could use any flavor of vodka, but the peach vodka keeps this peach sangria "peachy" through and through!  Remember to freeze your fruit so you don't have to add ice cubes to keep it cold.  (Plus the frozen fruit won't dilute!)

  • 3 1/4 cups Riesling wine that has been chilled (3 1/4 cups is the equivalent of one 750ml bottle)
  • 2 (to 3) cups cold peach nectar (can use bottled, store-bought peach nectar, or puree your own peaches)
  • 1/2 cup cold peach vodka (keep in freezer)
  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup club soda
  • 2 cups sliced peaches, frozen
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries, frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen
  • 1 Golden Delicious apple, thinly sliced

Wash and slice the peaches and strawberries (or use store-bought, frozen fruit).  Pat dry and place peaches, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries on a cookie sheet.  Place in the freezer to freeze.  Once they are frozen, you can place the fruit in a re-sealable freezer bag.  In a large pitcher, place apple slices on the bottom, then add peach nectar, wine, vodka and club soda.  Add frozen fruit to mixture, stir, serve and enjoy!


  • 2 peaches, sliced and diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • juice of 1/2 a lime
  • 4 ounces honey goat cheese
  • bread of your choice, toasted (I used Publix bakery Artisan Snack Cranberry Walnut which is the perfect flavor mix for this mixture)
  • honey (optional)

Mix together peaches, cilantro and lime juice in a small bowl.  Spread honey goat cheese on top of toasted bread slices, then spoon peach-cilantro mixture on top.  Drizzle with honey to finish, if desired.
