An easy, healthy dessert does not have to be difficult! Roasting bananas makes them even sweeter, and a little bit of chocolate chips goes a long way, once they are melted! This is a delicious, guilt-free dessert that is easy and healthy, getting you swimsuit ready!


Serves 4

  • 4 bananas (keep the peel on)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Cut a slit into bananas, but not going all the way through; making "boats." Sprinkle chocolate chips inside the bananas. Wrap each banana in aluminum foil and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. The bananas will turn black, and you will know that they are ready, then! Eat with a spoon and if desired, with whipped cream.
