AIMEE'S SAUTÉED CHERRY TOMATOES

 

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil 
  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes 
  • 2 cloves garlic 
  • pinch kosher salt 
  • black pepper 
  • 1 Tablespoon to 2 Tablespoons white wine (I used Trivento Amado Sur Chardonnay) 
  • fresh basil 

Heat olive oil then add tomatoes. Cook for about 3 minutes then add the garlic and cook another 2 to 3 minutes and add the wine. Top with fresh basil.
