AIMEE'S SEAFOOD NACHOS
For a simple but delicious twist on nachos, serve these seafood nachos at your next party!
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 1 bag shredded Mexican cheese
- 1/2 block of Monterrey Jack Cheese, grated
- 1 jar of crab claw meat
- 1/4 pound of cooked shrimp, chopped
- Fresh pico de gallo (or salsa)
- sour cream
On a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil, spread tortilla chips out. Sprinkle cheese all over the top, then add the crab meat and shrimp. Bake at 375 for about 12 to 15 minutes; just until the cheese is melted. Garnish with fresh pico de gallo or salsa; then sour cream and guacamole!
