AIMEE'S SLOW ROASTED RIBS

  • 1 slab of pork ribs (spare ribs)
  • dry rub (cayenne, paprika, garlic salt, pepper, oregano, cumin, allspice)
  • 1 cup orange juice

Rub dry rub all over ribs and place in roasting pan.  Pour orange juice around sides and cover with aluminum foil.  After three and a half hours, (check to see if done) brush barbecue sauce of your choice over ribs.  Roast for about four hours total at 275; until the ribs fall off the bone when pulled gently with a fork.
