Perfect for your Super Bowl Parties, try this Spicy Hot Chicken Dip!

AIMEE'S SPICY HOT CHICKEN DIP

So the folks in Buffalo like their dip a certain way and I like mine another; so I've deemed this as the Hot "Nashville" Chicken Dip.  Some people don't like blue cheese dressing (I don't love it, myself) so feel free to only use Ranch, or play with amounts that are to your liking.

  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 3/4 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 to 2 cups Spicy Hot Pepper Sauce (I like it really hot, so I use a lot!)
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (use two forks to shred)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese (more or less may be used)
  • celery sticks or tortilla chips

Mix together cream cheese and dressings.  Spread in bottom of a 9x9 casserole dish.  In a separate bowl, mix shredded chicken and hot sauce until chicken is completely coated.  Pour chicken on top of cream cheese mixture.  Sprinkle cheese on top.  Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.  Serve with celery sticks and/or tortilla chips and enjoy!
