It's time to take advantage of all of the delicious, summer fruit! Take strawberries and watermelon and turn it into a healthy, fabulous, chilled soup!


  • 6 large strawberries, stems removed (that are cold)
  • 1 half of a 6 pound seedless watermelon, cut into chunks (keep watermelon cold)
  • the juice of one lime

Place strawberries and watermelon in blender and puree together. Add lime juice then blend again. If serving later, place blender in the refrigerator to keep cold, then blend again before serving. Keep your bowls in the freezer just until time to serve, then pour soup into chilled bowls and serve immediately.
