Grilling the fruit brings out the natural sugars and makes it so delicious!


  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Fruit of your choice
  • (Bananas, Plums, Peaches, Pineapple, Mango)

Heat the coconut oil then set aside. Add the lime juice to the coconut oil. Cut your fruit in half, then brush the fruit with the coconut oil. Place oil size, down on the grill, and grill for about 3 to 5 minutes, per side. You can do this on a skewer, or just by placing the fruit directly onto your grill. Serve with crushed vanilla wafters for crunch, and top with homemade whipped cream!


  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 5 Tablespoons powdered sugar

To make homemade whipped cream, with a whisk or hand mixer, beat heavy cream. (Always start with a cold bowl and beaters that you have placed in the freezer)  Add sugar then whisk or beat until desired consistency for whipped cream. Refrigerate any leftovers in an air-tight container.
