After receiving so much feedback about my carrot-orange-ginger smoothie, I thought I would share another one of my favorites! A tropical island smoothie that is healthy and so easy to make. Almost like a milkshake, but without the fat and calories a milkshake has, this is a delicious, "getaway" in a glass!



1 1/2 cups coconut milk or vanilla soy milk (can also use almond milk or milk; whatever you drink)

1 frozen banana, peeled

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup frozen mango

1 teaspoon ground flaxseed (optional)

1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt

1 Tablespoon honey

Add all ingredients to your blender, then puree. Pour into a glass, and enjoy! (The protein from the Greek yogurt will keep you fuller, longer. If you do not want the yogurt, you could add more coconut milk as well as a splash of orange juice).
